"Matthew was fantastic. I'd called late on a Friday and needed a new renters policy that day. Matthew stayed after normal business hours to help with this. He was extremely polite, professional and personable, and did not rush the process one bit. He was very patient, asking questions to be sure we had the right coverage, and explained the coverages and costs in a very clear and understandable manner. I was very pleased with this first interaction of what will eventually become our auto insurer as well. We've always had great luck with State Farm and Matthew absolutely is a great brand ambassador for them. Great experience!"
