"When I first started with this agency two years ago, I truly had a five star experience with their agent, Laura. After she left, I saw routine increases in my bill- to the point of doubling what I paid in two years time for no reason (no claims, etc). I also received impersonal treatment in communication with their staff. I brought up my concerns about the bill, but they were left unaddressed. I got a new policy at a competing company with a monthly payment similar to what I had before and am grateful to have gone that direction!! Edit to respond to the below comment: I did not want a phone conversation because I didn’t want the run around from you. I wanted solutions. I was clear with both you, Dennis, and Misty, that you were welcome to email me any proposals you had to lower my rate. I was ghosted by you and Misty after requesting that.
